Will I receive an invoice?

What about VAT (Value Added Tax)?
General Information: By default, all prices listed on our website include VAT.
For EU-Based Companies: We offer a seamless, VAT-exempt shopping experience for our B2B partners within the European Union. Simply enter your valid EU VAT ID during the checkout process. Our system will automatically verify it via VIES and recalculate your total to exclude VAT instantly.

How long does order processing take?
The processing will take approximately 1-2 working days. During this time you will receive a reply from us regarding your order. We are shipping all of our orders worldwide from our warehouse in Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
How can I change my order?
You can modify your order as long as we haven’t cut the laces yet.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, we are shipping worldwide.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your favorite lingerie materials. We offer Free UPS Standard Shipping based on the following order thresholds:
